The combination of HPL and FSC®-certified teak creates a warm and natural look. If the teak is left untreated, it develops an elegant silver-grey patina over time – a natural discolouration that does not affect stability or durability. Thanks to the natural oils contained in the wood, teak has been considered one of the most reliable materials for outdoor furniture for decades. If you want to retain the original, warm wood colour, treat the slats with special teak oil once or twice a year. Please clean thoroughly beforehand. The HPL surface makes the serving trolley completely water-resistant and suitable for outdoor use, while the lightly treated teak elements ensure that less condensation occurs and the wood can absorb and release moisture. The advantage: less risk of musty odours or trapped moisture. Mould growth is prevented as air can circulate. In the event of heavy rain, it is better to cover it with the protective cover supplied, which has a specially coated, water-repellent inner surface, or to place it underneath.
