The base tray, made from high-quality plastic, is heat-resistant up to 70 °C and forms the basis for the cooling system. The matching polyethylene ice pack provides the necessary cooling function. A stackable presentation tray made of 18/8 stainless steel in 1/2 GN size is available for display purposes. The refrigerated display cabinet is covered by the shatterproof Sturgis roll-top lid, made of high-quality Tritan and free from bisphenol A. The base tray and the display tray are dishwasher-safe. All other parts are not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand accordingly.
