The base tray, made of high-quality plastic, is heat-resistant up to 70 °C and forms the basis for the cooling system. The matching polyethylene ice pack provides the necessary cooling function. A white, stackable, impact- and shatter-resistant melamine display tray in GN 1/2 size is available for presentation. The presentation tray is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +70 °C. The chilled display unit is covered by the shatterproof Sturgis roll-top lid, made from high-quality Tritan and free from bisphenol A. The base tray and the display tray are dishwasher-safe. All other parts are not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand accordingly.
