A solid oak cheese board in 1/2 GN size is available for presentation. An additional groove ensures the roll-top lid is held securely in place, enabling safe and stable use. The refrigerated display case is covered by the shatterproof Sturgis roll-top lid, made from high-quality Tritan and free from bisphenol A. The base tray is dishwasher-safe. All other components should be washed by hand as appropriate.
