The robust design ensures optimum heat distribution, high dimensional stability and excellent non-stick properties. The one-piece, stress-free moulded pan body does not warp, even at high temperatures. The solid stainless steel cold handle sits securely in the hand and does not get hot when used on the hob. The full-surface thermo-induction base made of special ferromagnetic steel with a thickness of approx. 8 mm ensures fast and even heating and efficient energy absorption. Suitable for all hob types, including induction. The titanium non-stick coating enables low-fat cooking and prevents food from sticking. It also makes the pan easier to clean.
