The world-famous Peugeot mills are almost legendary. The trademark of the lion, with which all grinders are provided, symbolizes their quality: strong teeth, supple blades, fast, precise cutting and that permanently, without loss of quality. Spices and pepper are cut extremely fine by the sharp teeth and coarse salt is ground gently. Because only in this way can they develop their full flavor. The grinding mechanism of the Peugeot salt mill was designed for grinding coarse, dry salt. Because it is made of stainless steel, it is not affected by corrosion caused by salt. Which salt to use? For optimal operation of the Peugeot salt grinder, we recommend the use of grains of salt with a diameter of about 4 mm; coarse, dry salt: dry sea salt or rock salt.
