Coated multi-layer pan made of three layer materials. Outer layer: 18/0 stainless steel, for fast heat conduction. Inner layer: chrome-nickel 18/10 stainless steel. Core: aluminum for best heat retention and distribution. With stainless steel tubular handle, heat insulating and stainless. Ovenproof up to +220 °C. Suitable for all types of stoves. Coated pans are not suitable for dishwasher.
