Stainless steel 13/0, rustproof. Polywood handle. Laguiole knife in the well-known Tramontina design. Hard cutting blade with durable handles with stainless steel rivets. The polywood handles are made of several layers of pine wood impregnated with resin and then pressed into shape. Suitable for dishwasher.
