The Esino chilled tray with black melamine presentation plate is the ideal buffet and presentation station for chilled food in restaurants, hotels, catering or upmarket breakfast areas. It combines high-quality oak wood, durable plastic and professional presentation materials to create a modern, functional solution for chilled food presentation. The base of the cooling tray is the flat base box made of solid oak, which guarantees stability and a warm, natural look. A base tray made of high-quality plastic is inserted into the box, which is heat-resistant up to 70 °C and reliably protects the wood from moisture and condensation. Long-lasting cooling is provided by the matching polyethylene cooling battery, which can simply be inserted, removed as required and recharged in the freezer compartment. The cooling tray is equipped with a black, stackable presentation plate made of melamine in GN dimensions, which is impact- and break-resistant and offers an operating range of -30 °C to +70 °C. The plate is dishwasher-safe and dishwasher-safe. The tray is dishwasher-safe and particularly easy to clean, making it ideal for daily use in professional buffets. The cooling tray can be optionally extended with labelling boards (available separately). Only the melamine presentation plate is dishwasher-safe. All other parts (base box, base tray, cooling battery) are not dishwasher-safe and should be cleaned by hand.
