The high-quality Esino chilled serving tray for buffets, catering and the hospitality industry impresses with its modular design, durable materials and an elegant, natural look. It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and offers a space-saving, hygienic and flexible solution for the catering, hospitality, catering and buffet sectors. The chilled serving tray consists of a central base made from solid oak, which ensures high stability, an elegant appearance and secure sturdiness. The system is complemented by a base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 7 °C and allows food to be held hygienically. A matching polyethylene ice pack ensures even cooling and reliably maintains sensitive foods at the optimum serving temperature. For the professional presentation of food, a stackable 1/2 GN container made from 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel is included. This container is rust-proof, durable and extremely robust. With reinforced corners and edges, a practical stacking lug for space-saving stacking and an integrated litre scale, it meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. The GN container is dishwasher-safe, whilst the other parts of the chilled display tray are not suitable for the dishwasher. Optionally, the Esino chilled food display can be enhanced with a roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels to enable an even more professional, hygienic and clearly organised presentation of the food.
