It has been specially developed for the professional presentation of chilled dishes and offers a space-saving, hygienic and flexible solution for the catering, hospitality, catering and buffet sectors. The chilled serving tray consists of a central base made from solid oak, which ensures high stability, an elegant appearance and secure sturdiness. The system is complemented by a base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 7 °C and ensures hygienic food storage. A matching polyethylene ice pack ensures even cooling and reliably maintains sensitive foods at the optimum serving temperature. For the professional presentation of food, three stackable 1/3 GN containers made of 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel are included. These containers are rust-proof, durable and extremely robust. With reinforced corners and edges, practical stacking lugs for space-saving stacking and an integrated litre scale, they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. The GN containers are dishwasher-safe, whilst the remaining parts of the chilled display tray are not dishwasher-safe. Optionally, the Esino chilled food display can be enhanced with a roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling panels to enable an even more professional, hygienic and clearly organised presentation of the food.
