This high-quality, two-tier Esino chilled serving tray for buffets and catering impresses with its modular design, durable materials and an elegant, natural look. It has been specially developed for the professional, space-saving presentation of chilled food on two levels and is ideal for the hospitality industry, hotels, catering and buffets. The chilled serving tray consists of two flat base units made from solid oak – one flat base unit in GN size 1/2 and one flat base unit in GN size 1/4. These ensure a high-quality appearance, excellent stability and secure sturdiness. The system is complemented by two base trays made from high-quality plastic, which are heat-resistant up to 7 °C and ensure food is held in a hygienic manner. Two precisely fitting polyethylene ice packs ensure even cooling on both levels and reliably maintain sensitive foods at the optimum serving temperature. Two black melamine presentation plates are included for serving the food – one in GN size 1/2 and one in GN size 1/4. The plates are stackable, impact-resistant and shatterproof, and suitable for a temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C. They are dishwasher-safe, whilst all other components of the cooling tray should be washed by hand. The supplied plug-in panels enable quick assembly by simply slotting the individual parts together – without the need for any tools. This allows the two-tier chilled food tray to be assembled flexibly and, if required, dismantled just as easily. Thanks to its modular design, the Esino chilled display can be customised. A roll-top cover, hygiene guard and labelling panels are available separately and ensure a professional, hygienic and well-organised presentation of the food.
