The Esino chilled tray is a stylish and functional solution for the chilled presentation of food in buffet, restaurant and catering settings. It combines solid oak, high-quality stainless steel and an efficient cooling system in a compact, modular design. Ideal for breakfast buffets, starters, desserts, cold cuts or fruit. The base consists of a flat oak box, which impresses with its sturdy construction and natural look. Inside the box is a base tray made of high-quality plastic, which is heat-resistant up to +70 °C and reliably protects the wood from moisture and condensation. Reliable cooling is provided by the precisely fitting polyethylene ice pack, which can be easily inserted, removed when required and recharged in the freezer compartment. The stackable presentation tray, made from 18/8 chrome-nickel stainless steel in GN dimensions, offers a hygienic, durable and professional display surface for chilled dishes. The Esino chilled tray can be flexibly expanded: a roll-top cover, a hygiene guard and labelling boards are available separately, allowing for customisation to suit different buffet and hygiene requirements. The display tray is dishwasher-safe. All other components of the chilled display tray are not dishwasher-safe and should be washed by hand to ensure the long-term preservation of the material and surface.
