The base tray, made of high-quality plastic, is heat-resistant up to 70 °C. The matching polyethylene ice pack provides the necessary cooling function. For presentation, 3 black, 6.5 cm deep, stackable 1/3 GN melamine containers are provided. The containers are impact- and shatter-resistant and suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +70 °C. The refrigerated display cabinet is covered by the shatterproof Sturgis roll-top lid, made from high-quality Tritan and free from bisphenol A. The base tray and the GN containers are dishwasher-safe. All other parts are not dishwasher-safe and should therefore be washed by hand.
